8. Where can these services be performed?
In all states. However, in New York, DNA testing must be conducted through the DDC lab.

9. What class should I start with first?
Begin with the class that interests you most. Consider adding new services quarterly.

10. Do I need to check with my state?
Yes. Most states only require an LLC. You're offering services in partnership with a lab, not operating one.

11. Do you offer coaching or mentorship?
No private mentorship is available at this time.

A 4-hour in-person strategic planning session with Ivin Golden. No children or guests allowed. All attendees must purchase a ticket. Sessions are not recorded. All sales are final.

16. I purchased a kit but haven’t received it. What should I do?

17. Do you offer private in-person training in my city?
Yes. Cost starts at $5,000 for a 5-hour session. Includes training, legal guidance, and marketing strategies.

18. How much money can I actually make?
Income depends on your effort, consistency, and local market demand. No income is guaranteed.

19. Is there a refund policy?
All sales are final. Chargebacks will result in a civil lawsuit in the state of Indiana.

20. How are your classes conducted?
Classes are live and interactive via Google Meet or in person. Each session includes Q&A, real-world examples, and action plans. Classes are not recorded.

21. What is included in training classes?

22. Do business partners need separate tickets?

23. I missed a consultation. What should I do?

24. I completed the eCourse but didn’t get a certificate.
Certificates are no longer provided for the self-paced eCourse due to high demand.

25. Can I change my payment plan method?
No. Once initiated, payment plans cannot be modified.

26. I purchased an in-person class. Can I get the location early?
Exact locations are shared two weeks before class for security and planning purposes. Venues are typically near major airports.

27. What do I need for the Business in a Box package?

28. What happens if I miss a class?
You’ll be rolled over into a new session within 8 calendar months. No refunds are provided.

29. What are in-person training classes like?
8-hour session in various cities covering DNA, drug, and hair follicle testing. Certifications for DOT drug testing are included. No children allowed. Mocks for drug testing are done later via Zoom. Minimum startup budget: $500.

30. Do you offer mocks only?
No. Full training is required to receive DOT certification.

31. How much should I budget for marketing?

• Small: $250–$500/month for flyers, signs, basic ads

• Growth: $750–$1,500/month for online ads and SEO

• Expansion: $2,000–$5,000+/month for multi-city reach, PR, branding
